Bathroom – 8’6 x 7’4 (2.59m x 2.24m).  Claw foot bath, separate shower cubicle, wc and sink.

Parking – Free on street parking outside the property.  Two free carparks nearby – one opposite the property between West Marina Gardens and the sea, and another a short walk from the property between the Bo Beep Public House and the shops.

Transport – The property is located a five minute walk from West St Leonard’s Railway Station.  There is a bus stop near the property with frequent services to Hastings and Eastbourne.
